Shipping

£3.99 UK delivery, free over £20. Tracked, 2–4 working days. At checkout you can choose Royal Mail, Evri or InPost, to your door or to a locker.

We post every order within one working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend go out on Monday. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Buying for someone else? We send your receipt by email, so there's no invoice in the parcel.

We don't ship outside the UK yet.

Returns

Changing your mind

You can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email at contact@knoulana.com that you want to cancel, then send the item back within 14 days. We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery you paid within 14 days of receiving the item back and checking it.

Condition of returns

The item must be unworn, in its original condition and in its bag. You pay the cost of sending it back, and we recommend a tracked service. If an item shows signs of wear, we may deduct an amount for the loss in its value.

Earrings

Earrings come in a bag closed with a sticker seal, for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept earrings back if the seal has been broken after delivery, unless they are faulty. This applies to sealed items opened after delivery.

Faulty items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If something is faulty, take a photo and message us within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you or replace the item, and we pay the cost of sending it back. A fault does not include normal wear of the finish.

Free delivery and returns

If you return part of an order, we won't charge you for delivery that was free when you placed it. Free delivery is decided when you place your order.
