Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Stainless steel doesn't react with skin the way plated brass does, so it shouldn't turn your skin green. The gold or silver finish can still wear over time, faster if it meets water, sweat or perfume.
Can I shower or swim in it?
Please take it off for the shower, pool, sea, sleep and exercise. Stainless steel is tough, but water, chlorine and perfume wear down any finish.
How do I look after it?
Put it on last, after perfume and creams. Wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth and keep it dry in its pouch, away from other pieces. No harsh cleaners or rough scrubbing.
Is it real gold or silver?
No. It's stainless steel with a gold or silver-coloured finish, which is how we keep our prices low.
Is it nickel-free?
Stainless steel contains some nickel. If you have a nickel allergy, message us before ordering and we'll tell you what a piece is made of.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £3.99, and free on orders over £20. It's tracked, and every order is posted within one working day.
How is it delivered?
We send every order as standard tracked UK delivery to the address you give at checkout, and we choose the courier for each order.
Is it a gift?
Buying for someone else? We send your receipt by email, so there's no invoice in the parcel.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, then 14 days to send it back unworn, in its original packaging and at your own postage cost. Earrings can't be returned once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I order through TikTok or Instagram instead?
Yes. Message us the name of the piece and we'll send you a link to pay. Same price, and delivery is £3.99, free on orders over £20.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet.
